Really surprised very authentic and down to earth this place is no joke. They are what they say and they back it up all business. Very impressed I will be back and recommend it to anyone who is looking to enlighten they’re mind body and soul

LOVE Rooted Tribe. They offer a variety of classes aside from hot yoga - and each class is scalable based on your ability. They have created a great nonintimidating/supportive atmosphere, which is so helpful when trying something new. And all instructors have done an awesome job of keeping up with all the county regulations imposed with Covid on class sizes and sanitizing the studio. Highly recommend!
This place is great! The inferno Pilates is so incredible. I used to workout at Kinetic but I felt as though the workouts were really high impact. I’m a pretty fit individual and enjoy mountain biking, hiking, and skiing. Yoga and Pilates really compliments all of these outdoor activities. I feel as strong as when I worked out in a gym and more flexible since I started at Rooted Tribe. The mind body connection is always something I’ve found to be so important and this studio offers that. Thanks to all the amazing staff at this truly awesome studio.
