Felt supported throughout and that the Assessors were very experienced. I would definitely recommend Buttercups NVQ 3 Pharmacy Technician course if you are looking to progress from a Dispenser role. It is 2 years of solid commitment. I would say, keep in touch with your tutor and express concerns as soon as possible so that you stay ‘on track’.

Pharmacy technician course. Assessors are amazing and provide great support. Everyone I have spoke to throughout my duration on the course have been polite, friendly and more than happy to help. Highly recommend.

I was on the pharmacy technician course with buttercups and it was an absolute pleasure to have them as a course provider. All the assessors and people that I spoke to were extremely helpful and there was always someone to speak to if I had any questions even late at night. Wish I could give them 6 stars! Excellent course provider.

Hopeless, I'm an allied health professional studying at MSc level and even I don't have to do the amount of pointless busy work that my fiance has to do to obtain her level 3 technical certificate in pharmacy. Assessment questions are vague and littered with technical and clinical inaccuracies and I'm not sure the assessors have ever seen the inside of a pharmacy (all they pick up are spelling mistakes in exam answers). If you can do the course that you want to do through another provider I would strongly suggest you do so.

What can I say!? I am honestly surprised this place exists or how the heck they've received educational funding from the NHS. The questions are so vague its unbelievable, the hardest part is reading the miss spelt questions and understanding. I can not even comment on the staff (or lack of it ) The one star is a star to much if there was a option for half a star it would be it.

Assessors are the stuff of legend! (you've heard rumours they exist, but only in whispers and emails). Amazing how low the bar is compared to the NPA. Course materials are inadequate and so is the support. NVQ3 riddled with mistakes, typos, misleading questions, assessments in which you don't need to answer all the questions (!?). No handover between staff, but at least this element is consistent; it doesn't matter who you speak to, no one has any idea what you are talking about. If I ran my pharmacy like this, I would be out of business. AVOID
