Butterfield is THE place to go for a service/repair. Quick enough turnaround and always a top quality job. I’ve had pups of bikes go into there to emerge as absolute rocket ships. Looking forward to experiencing my most recent machine fresh from service!

Fixed my bike for a good price and seem very knowledgeable. However, when I found the chain they replaced wasn't even lubed which is slightly worrying considering they've said everything is fixed and you paid the bill already and there's not even a drop of oil on the chain...
