We recently had our first son in August and the doctors here have been amazing. We met Dr. Khorki in the hospital and immediately knew we wanted him to be our primary care physician. He is great at explaining things and is very thorough. We’ve seen the other physicians for various reasons and they’re just as wonderful. We’ve had nothing but great experiences here.

I went into this office as a potential new patient and was extremely offended by the cold hearted and callous nature of the insurance coordinator at this location. I'm unsure if this is a sign of the type of medical care my young daughters would be receiving but I will pass on this practice due to her lack of empathy or compassion and would advise you to also do the same

We have been using buttermilk for almost a year. Ever since my daughter was born. A couple months ago, we took her to her 9 month wellness visit. We were told to call in a couple weeks to set up an appointment for her to get her flu shot. We called, and were told to call the next week because they hadn't gotten a shipment yet. I called the following week and was told they had 10 shots, but they went quick and to call the next week because they were expecting a shipment on Wednesday. That brings us to today. I called to make an appointment and was told they wouldn't have another shipment for another 2-3 weeks. WHAT?! You have got to be kidding me. Was told that other kids had been receiving their shots at their wellness visits all along. I have been calling for a month to get my daughter this shot. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. EVERY CAYUGA MED AFFILIATE IS A JOKE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
