Lovely little temple which you can on top of, wonderful views of the Peak District. Enjoyable but exhausting walk to get there from the car park which is at Pooles Cavern through the woods. Have to pay to park.

Great walk to get there from Pooles cavern. 4 different routes. Not disabled or pushchair friendly. Great view from top of the tower, steep stairs. One bench nearby and some stones to sit on. Grass is very good to lay down on during summer. Cows roaming around, so feaces around.
It was great to walk up the hill for the views from the top of Solomon's Temple. There was a bit of mist when we went up and so we couldn't see for miles as such, but far enough to realise how much beauty we were surrounded by. We climbed up from the street side which was steeper than if you walked up from Poole Caverns. We dropped down there though and had a lovely hot chocolate and a slice of orange Jaffa cake
Great local landmark, however the car park is temporarily shut
Very muddy at the moment but the views are still wonderful and it's uplifting to walk through the woods.
