WARNING!!!!!! If there was an option for zero stars, that would be my choice. I've been with this debacle of a company (I am guessing 10 years) and not even a bite; a nibble! They do not follow up; they do not give realistic pricing advice, shoot they are in NH - how could they possible have any idea about selling timeshares in Orlando, FL. Oh, I know - they travel to Orlando (or now Tampa) on our dime and call it "pricing research." If you are going to sell or rent your timeshare find another service - you would do better on Craigslist or Ebay or a large sign in your backyard. Mine is cheap - 3K at Westgate - single bedroom, Christmas week (prime week, they say). I hate to even think someone would have them try to sell a 10k-15K timeshare - good luck. Dissatisfied customer (obviously). Ed

1 year 1 offer for 3.00 cost me 1000.00 Don't waste your money. Paid 10,000 for my Timeshare tried to sell it for 3000.00 this site obviously is not the place to sell it!!

Phone calls slow to be returned, i was charged 750 not the 450 of the quote, the first rep was incompetent the second was a smooth closer, not much follow through after many emails and after deep discounts still no sale of the timeshare -- then finally after 2 months one is pending
