Once I had got my head round the wide range of products and applications I found the website fairly easy. We have used the rust encapsulator and Chassis in One on the restoration of a series Land Rover after the products came recommended from a family member who used it on his farm vehicle Land Rover to great effect a few years ago. Goes on easy and feel tough as old boots. Super quick delivery too.
Placed an order 2 days ago, and despite being advised it could take up to a week - it arrived promptly first thing this morning. Fantastic customer service, incredibly helpful. I notice that sometimes getting replies to messages can take a couple of days - just shows how many messages they must be getting and is a testament to their fantastic products and brilliant service. I ordered RE again, as I use this for a primer for all metalwork, and also purchased 2k gloss black to try - must say, first impressions are very, very good.
