Lin Cloud, the owner of By Design Cabinetry, is one of the best kitchen designers I have ever worked with. He is very creative, a very good listener and, most of all, BDC delivers a product that matches the design effort...we loved having the auto cad renderings and the numerous choices of cabinet and hardware products. The installation crew (we had Marty and Logan), were absolutely the BEST...clean, polite and creative (when they had to be. The subcontractors for plumbing and flooring were responsive and very professional. Thank you BDC for our beautiful new kitchen!

We found them through a friend of a friend, after two months of people giving us over budget quotes and never getting back to us. They worked within our budget and even gave us advice about things we could do ourselves since we like to DIY. They did a great job with the design and installation. Lin, Kathi and the people they work with were all professional and very nice to deal with. We will use them again when it's time to work on our next project.

Remodeling is very stressful, however Lin and Kathi were amazing!!! Not only were they creative in their designing, but they were very patient with us as we had to make some big decisions. Linn, Kathy and their entire crew were so easy to work with. We had an idea of what we wanted, but weren't sure how to make it happen. We didn't tell Linn what we had in mind, and yet his design was exactly what we were thinking--which made us know they were perfect for the job. The cabinet installers that they use have integrity and are very respectful. We were out of town for some of the construction and had no qualms about leaving them with a key and letting them come and go as needed. Linn and Kathy also went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the job. We couldn't be more thrilled with our new kitchen.
