Landmark has a great staff. They are known to go above and beyond, and always a pleasure to interact with. Cody was particularly helpful in the sales department. Plus, the awesome scenery from the condo balconies makes a person never want to leave. A week goes by fast, but definitely worth it!

Landmark is on a beach that is as good as it gets. White sand that never gets hot and emerald waters that are knee deep well out into the gulf. The building is older and was not kept up for several years. Current management has made great strides in upgrading the building itself and now in upgrading the units. This is a diamond in the rough that is less and less rough every year. Kudos to the management and staff!

Great place to stay. .great people to help you with whatever you may need. The air conditioning in our car went out on our way down there and the folks went out of their way to not only set up an appointment at a local shop but followed us there and brought us back! Can't say enough good things!

This is a perfect location with the beach just steps away. The view from the room is beautiful. It is a perfect timeshare with everything you need within walking distance. Staff is excellent.
