Do you ever shop for insurance and think to yourself "I wonder if I'll become friends with my agent?" No? Me either. Then it happened. I was shopping for insurance and decided to go with Heather at Progressive. I switched my auto and renters policy over to her. We ended up talking several times and became friendly. When I made the decision to buy a fun second car, I called her. She got a quote to me in minutes, which was much less than I was anticipating, and got the policy over to me a few minutes later. By the end of that phone call, Heather and I had decided to meet for a drink the next time I'm in Grand Rapids! I love that my insurance agent knows a little bit about me other than what kind of coverage I need. We even discussed the vitamins we both take! LOL... Heather is sweet and professional. I don't see me ever changing agents. I would recommend any friend or family member to her!!
