I always enjoy having my Forester serviced at Byers Airport Subaru, even during Covid precautions. From the person who makes certain I enter and pull forward safely to the counter people, everyone is friendly and helpful on every visit. My only concern on this visit on 18 February was that I was told that I needed a new battery for 185. I told the man that I buy all of my batteries for all cars from Interstate in Westerville. When I left, I went directly to Interstate, who told me my battery was fine, and I could expect plenty of time before it would need replacing. I sincerely hope Byers is not becoming a dealership that suggestive sells when it isn't necessary. Let your cars and friendly service do the talking for you. ,

Took my Outback in for service for the first time at this location. By far the best service I've received for car repair/maintenance. Matt was my service provider, and I feel that he went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I'll definately be back to this location if I ever need additional work done in the future.

Byers Airport Subaru is a great place to buy a great car and Eva was fantastic with all the details of our purchase process, getting us accustomed to the new car's many advanced safety features, and answering all our questions quickly. We were able to do the entire purchase outdoors on a little bit of a warmer, sunny day, which helped us to avoid being indoors at this time. It was quite pleasant and stress free. Everything went very smoothly and we felt we were in very good hands! I love my new car and the safety technology is absolutely incredible. Thank you so much!
