My Ford F-150 was taken to the Byers Collision Center for front end work that required me to get a new bumper and all the parts involved in putting it back on to the front of the truck my fiancee' and I were very impressed with how well the truck looked after it was finished today. I was updated daily by Emily Banks the esimater and by the parts receiving people Marsha and BB so if you ever need any work done contact the Collision Center and ask for Emily Or Amanda they are awesome

Came in for a factory defect repair. Had to come back multiple times after the paint was not applied correctly, brake vents upside down and on the wound side. Car left outside with no hood. You can see the paint color difference, it is not the sun, that is the paint job on the rear bumper and front fender. Used wing bolts on bottom of car where the bumper is attached. Still isn't right. Bumper underneath wasnt painted right, either. Add to that they painted one of my wiper arms. Months later and I am still waiting as they look for a resolution. Poor service.
This is the most well run establishment I have had the pleasure to work with the entire team was exceptional courteous and professional I highly recommend them to anyone
A mark of great bodywork is when it is done can you tell if it was ever damaged and I love the work that Byers Collision has done for me over the years. The staff is always friendly and take great care of me and everyone I referred to them. Thank you so much.
I went to get an estimate for my damaged vehicle on the passenger side and the estimate came to over 9,000. I took the same damaged vehicle to two other repair shops and both gave me a 2,000 estimate for the same job that needed to be done. Hmmmm. Surely they weren’t trying to rip me off right?
