Justin and Bre did an amazing job !! I needed to get my new phone since I ordered online and it was on back order I came in to get the IPhone 11 Pro Max and I left with the IPhone 12 Pro max. Justin went above and beyond to help me get my phone .He was efficient and was multitasking and he worked flawlessly. And that’s how a Manager is suppose to handle it . Bre was friendly and helpful . It’s hard to get good customer service any more . I’m glad I came to the Byram location. Thanks guys !

I really don't know why this AT&T isn't ran better. We were there for a while waiting, because there was only one young lady there. She came from the Pearl store to help out because no one showed up to work here. She was able to sell my husband a phone but wasn't able to transfer the the data on the phone.

Worst experience ever! The CR didn't know how to work the process and was refunding my phone at the wrong rate. Started screaming when I called her on it. She actually THREW my trade in phone. That's beyond bad customer service, a much more serious issue at work. AVOID this store!!!

What an awesome experience on today! Upon entering the store, I was greeted with infectious smiles and warm gestures from Avery and Martrice. Avery assisted me with my phone and account upgrade. I was thoroughly pleased with their customer service. Despite the problems in the world today, it feels good to see that people are continuing to offer free enthusiasm and sincere exchanges. Avery was very efficient. He was attentive, multi tasked, and provided great service to us as well as other customers that came in behind us while we waited for our data to transfer. He even upsold me on my phone as well as accessories.
