I went in with my buddy after we called Cliff. Cliff greeted us a we came in and got us fixed up with everything we needed. Perfect customer service. Great job Cliff.

Friendly except for the younger male employee that was rushing to leave and disregarding the customer's needs or listening. The elder employees and the younger female one was awesome help. They couldnt charge my batteries for the Durango or Mercedes but that was on my side of fault i guess. Never heard that for new batteries though. Makes me wonder if they even had them on charge when i left. But the older guys rock. Tried very hard to find what i needed and gave helpful advice also.
I was looking for a radiator hose & the guy behind the counter knew exactly where to look to find it. He had to climb a ladder to get it from the top of the racks but he knew. Thanks for the great help locating this late on a Sunday afternoon.
Terry roads need fixing but other than that helped me promptly.
Ok.. didn't have the part I needed..so walked next door to O'REILLY auto parts and got it ....in and out no problem
