Budget Truck Rental

Price for budget is amazing compared to other moving truck companies. I had a reservation for a pick up at 4 on the 24th of September. When i went to the pick up location in Jackson she was very unprofessional! I made it way before my pick up time. Note I had to move over 8 hours the next morning (5 am) and had to load all my belongings the same day. The 'open' light was on but she was no where to be found. She made it around on a golf cart with a girl I believe was her daughter and a gentleman at 4:30. Me and my mom told her we had a reservation and she came in the building and said she was closed. The store doesn't close until 5 pm and she informed us there was no trucks available, although we seen the truck i was supposed to get right in the front of the building. She said she didn't see a reservation in the system which it was. I escalated the issue to the management through the customer service line and didn't get a call back until 9 the next morning. The manager was nice and gave me an additional percentage off at another pick up location. Overall, my experience was not so good. It pushed everything back and i didn't make it to my destination until late at night.
