Carly and Antoine have been amazing for me and my various issues with my phone and some odd, inexplicable issues with the website and phone app for paying my bill. But as for the residential internet, your sales reps have done folks wrong around here. Flyers and biz cards indicating it’s available for all addresses when, it turns out, that’s not really the case. My wife is awaiting a call from a “Wyatt” on this issue. It’s been a week. What say you, “Wyatt”?

This one man with dreads was so rude to me ! He acted as if he had a problem with me coming back to the store on help with my phone ! This woman was generous enough to try and help me and even pointed out to the employee that it is okay to help the customer . I do not tolerate disrespect but instead I just kept my mouth close and exited the store aNd thanked the woman .
