I ABSOLUTELY love this bank and the people there. The staff treat me like I’m in their family and I do the same. If I have ever experienced an issue, they made sure they handled it as fast as they could. I been connected with other banks, but nothing even compares to MECU! I would recommend this bank to EVERYONE!!! They have treated my daughter with so much love and kindness. Every time I pull into the parking lot, she wants to go inside and speak and of course play! MECU is the best hands down and I wouldn’t trade them. MECU is my forever connected family!

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS CREDIT UNION ANY OF YOUR MONEY! I'm being charged NSF fees on a positive balance. The only reason I'm in the negative is because of the NSF fees. The picture below explains everything! When I filed a dispute... they declined it! Not one person can explain to me as of why. The branch manager, Debbie Dillion, is about as rude as a person can get. She cuts you off in the middle of speaking and then threatened to file charges on me because of a "threat". I simply stated that I would publicizing this event and her rude behavior... is that not my 1st Amendment right?

When I first came into the branch no one spoke , never alone I had a person that had a nasty attitude & im talking about Debbie ! She brought me into the office while I was explaining to her what I want she kept cutting me off trying to hurry up & get me out the office then told me she is going to charge me a fee just to get a summary ! After I inform her that I never get charged once I ask for a summary ! She got real nasty and told me to get the hell out of her office & while I was using her highlighter she told me to give her highlighter back ( I have more important white customer outside waiting for me ) i drop her high lighter down & walk out ! I will be soon closing my account with company!

I cashed a check at this location. It took nearly an hour for the teller to complete the transaction. For some reason, I was questioned about the check although it had my name and address as well as the attached stub. She acted as if I forgered the check. Finally, after speaking to several people to verify the legitmacy of the check, the teller smartly stated I'm going to cash it. Miss the Clinton location. I've been banking with mecu for over five years but after this experience I'm switching to another bank.
