I have used Adorable Pet Salon on other occasions and was completely satisficed in the past. I don't know if they have changed ownership or just some new employees but I didn't feel it was as good as in the past. I scheduled the appointment with no problems a few days before. When I arrived to drop them off the young lady behind the counter didn't ask any questions as to what to do which was out of the norm. She took the vet papers and told me she would return them to me at pick up. I asked her twice if she needed any information and she said no on both occasions as she took the two puppies back. Later that afternoon I got a call from I'm assuming the individual who was doing the trim. She asked me what I wanted to do but she recommended to trim a little which was fine. She told me to arrive at 2:00 which I did. I waited for only a few minutes for her to bring them back as I filled out some paperwork for my account for some reason. The little girl pup come out looking sharp but the male was trimmed a lot shorter than expected with loose hair everywhere that filled my truck. I think the loose hair is in males ear because he is constantly shaking and itching his one ear. Overall I felt customer service was way down from my previous visits.

Penny loves this place! When she walks in she heads straight for the door leading to the back. It makes me feel good knowing she is in good hands.
This place is A M A Z I N G! OK? They took such good care of my baby Georgia and I was so pleased with her first experience at the groomers!! We will definitely be back
I would give this salon more stars if it were an option. I thank the staff for my pup having an amazing first experience. She came home smelling amazing and she was happy. I could tell she enjoyed herself! The animal lovers here will treat your dog with the love and respect they deserve. Dropped my dog off in good hands and picked her up looking brand new. From the receptionist Sable down to the groomers, you’ll only receive A service. I would recommend everyone to come here regardless of the commute. I drove over 30 minutes for my dog to not only get groomed head to toe but to interact and socialize with other dogs. Even the customers picking up their dogs were recognized by name giving it a welcoming atmosphere. I see why they come. I can trust this place with my furry family member and so can you!!!! Great job Adorable Pet Salon, we’ll be back!
They were so wonderful with my baby dog, Toby. He is an old man with a bit of separation anxiety, and they were so sweet and loving with him. Definitely reccomend!
