Byron were very responsive with the issue I'd been having. I'd had a poor service from British gas and they deemed the boiler unsafe and switched it off (claiming I had a gas leak and I was at immediate danger to life etc). I ended up taking up a finance plan with British gas in a panic because I had no hot water or heating as they'd capped the boiler) and nearly ended up spending over 4000 on a new boiler with them. I got Byron to come and have a second opinion, they informed me that there was nothing wrong with my boiler. Darryl (sent from Byron) was professional and reassuring, as well as saved me a lot of money with British gas. So Byron did all the correct checks to make sure it was working and safe (very thorough job). They made me feel at ease and saved me a lot of money. I ended up cancelling my new boiler with british gas and finance plan. They made an awful stressful week end well and got my hot water and heating back on the same day as them visiting. Very pleased with them and I'll be calling them for every service in the future and repairs for my boiler.

Exceptional service at a fair price. I cannot fault the service provided by Byron Plumbing, they were able to get to me the same day to assess a fault with my boiler, then returned within a few hours to replace the faulty part. Heating and hot water resumed one happy customer. Thank you!

Had to call out Byron's on the same day, they couldn't have been more help over the phone and were at the house within an hour! After a brief inspection he had to go and get a part to fix the issue in the house but again was back within 30 to 40 minutes no problem. Whole job complete with little mess and compared to what I have seen in the past very little damage to the wall to patch up after. Very good value for money. Don't look elsewhere for a plumber.

I cannot rate them enough..I had trouble with my boiler, Julie was very helpful and Darryl was efficient and my heating and hot water were soon returned. Great service and didn't cost an arm and a leg. I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you
