Customer service was outstanding! The wonderful lady at the desk was very friendly and explained everything! There was some last minute changes from one way to round trip, but she understood everything. She is very great! If I could give more stars, I definitely would!

My fiancé and I were moving into our new apartment and could not have had a better experience using this company. Dee had our truck ready and waiting for us the Saturday we moved and she made sure our move went as smoothly as possible. We can't thank her enough for helping us be a little less stressed during this new chapter in our lives.

Exceptionally helpful in terms of showing me how to drive a big truck and hook up the pull behind trailer. Also let me pick up the truck early when it was available early. Much better deal than U-Haul.
