Advised not to purchase if you live in the US. Purchased a second pair of boots when the first didn't fit after following the sizing instructions from their site. Return shipping through the same carrier was more than the boots and shipping combined. Sancho store never replied to any questions or requests to purchase a label from them. To be clear, not one bit of correspondence from the sancho store at all. Terrible service. Got a vindictive reply when I gave a bad review. Nice to finally get SOME response from the Sancho store. Terrible service.
