Used C &P for years generally lower priced on majority of items fast delivery occasionally doesn't have stock until order is placed but they do email promptly giving date when stock is due in.
Terrible customer service. I rang to ask a question. Staff member didn't know, said she'd ring me back in a few minutes. I waited one hour, no call so I rang back to be informed she'd gone on her lunch break! Complained to someone higher regarding this. She accepted it wasn't acceptable and promised either of two managers would ring me the next day. STILL NO PHONE CALL. Needless to say I'm disgusted at the lack of respect and care to their customers.

Great priced company but service is awful. Every time we've ordered there's been some kind of balls up on delivery. After the first time it went wrong and we were left without delivery for a few days, the staff were very helpful and said they would set up a premium account as a peace offering which would include free delivery. We were very happy with this and even when there were certain things missing, we were told we were credited in our account and that they would add it into our next delivery of gloves. Again very happy with the arrangement. We had a similar problem with the next order of gloves, but as it was a one case item we weren't too fussed. The third time we ordered we were told there was no history of a complaint or premium account and that we had to pay full delivery, but as we were assured of next day delivery and in desperate need of the stock, again we didn't say anything. The next day we get a text explaining the delivery would be with us in 2 days, even though we were told otherwise and had laid our day out according to delivery times. When we called to complain the person on the phone said that they never promised next day delivery, even though they definitely did, and that the fault was ours. And when we said that it was the third time and that we were going to go elsewhere they acted like they really didn't care and that they were sorry we felt that way.. We were understanding every time and when it came down to it they proved that they really didn't care about having our business or not. We are sponsored by 3 large companies and attend a lot of conventions, and feel that our word and faith in their company could of helped. I'll be much happier to pay double for a good service, and to be honest find this a real shame. Thanks anyway cp
