Chris and his crew replaced our siding with double dipped singles that look great! They also replaced rotten wood or window trim as needed. The entire crew was professional, responsive, and worked hard each day. The work was completed in a timely manner and was very complete. Will plan to use this company again soon!

I had my windows replaced. Chris's team did an excellent job - high quality work at a fair price. Tim installed the windows, and was a pleasure to work with. He makes sure the job is done right. I have absolutely no drafts now, and my utility bill has significantly decreased.
Great experience with Chris and his team. They did fast excellent work within the budget he projected. They replaced a large section of our roof along with three new skylights to replace dated and leaky ones. Would absolutely recommend and use them again!
I had 18 new construction windows installed. I was impressed with the amount of skilled labor provided to install these high energy efficient windows. I now realize that the skills and experience needed are just as important as the quality of the windows themselves. My project was completed on time and communication excellent. Also, everything was cleaned up on site daily. The contractor has a process it follows to install windows which results in a successful project.
Great job on a large custom window replacement.. Damaged framing was repaired quickly, and the new window installed and reframed efficiently. Special kudos to Tim for his interior work on the new molding and finish work.. I highly recommend Chris and his team.

We were referred to Chris/CA Geldmacher by our son who had some roof and window replacement completed by them. Our need was originally the replacement of a rotted load carrying beam on our deck and ended up being a total deconstruction/reconstruction of a large three tiered mahogany deck. The communication, craftsmanship, attention to detail and daily cleanliness of the project puts this builder and his team in a class by themselves. We could not be happier with the transformation of our backyard
