Guys are very knowledgeable... there's no doubt about that. But their pricing is out of this world... Got quoted 500 quid for a job that VW main dealers (Vertu Notts South) quoted 480..

Bought brake lines advertised for my model of car, I made sure to check that the model year, engine size, spec, etc all matched up. On the positive, the parts arrived quickly, on the negative they were for a lower powered model, which I could instantly see. Sent an email explaining my specific model of car had different calipers and that their listing was incorrect. I asked for the possibility of either a refund or replacement, said I was happy to pay postage. They thanked me, and said they'd look into it multiple times, but then declined as they said they were non returnable. I'm guessing they were stalling for time, hoping I'd lose interest. Ultimately I did, and and went elsewhere, and recieved the correct parts straight away. I'm 80 down which is annoying, but not the end of the world. I'm sure that most items they send out will be fine, just don't expect a lot of help if they make a mistake their end.

Advised them that my car had a mis-fire that would need diagnosing as well as other works.... Told them I had a budget of 2500 ish to fix it. They diagnosed it for 110, then told me they didn't have the time or space to actually do the job, can I collect it and pay them. Ridiculous service.... Shambles. I have since got it in at a real garage who have rebuilt the engine for me for 2100 and then completed other works that I wanted and had parts for already. AVOID THESE GUYS.... BLOODY SHAMBLES
