01/06/2021 Appointment for 0600, arrived at 0508. Line was backed up past the small intersection and stop sign. Took about 35 minutes to check in. Was sent to find a parking space and was called with a door at 0742. Didn’t have to go inside once docked. Once unloaded they placed paperwork in trailer and gave me a green light. Unloaded with BOL’s in hand at 0930. Held up for 1 1/2 hours which while not ideal, it’s definitely not the worst. Also in all, kind of average for reefer receiver. Everyone I talked to was nice.
Never come if possible. 10 hours to unload 5 pallets. Be careful
An hour in line checking in an hour waiting on a door and an hour to get unloaded 35 minutes waiting on paperwork..not bad considering
Check in at Guard check is very slow. A lot of Trucks in line. Spent 1 hour to get to the security then parked in staging area waiting for call. After 2 hours got the call back to door unloading was fast 1 hour full trl. No overnight parking
