Jeff the owner serviced our pool. We have cameras for security and the recordings revealed that he often would come and go in 3 minutes. He did not brush the pool and did not clean the negative edge trough. The kids had left one small boat in the trough and he told me if I wanted him to remove small toys and brush the entire pool my price would increase 40 per month immediately. He also was abusive and called me an As—ho—e in a text because I ask him to do standard pool cleaning. I have never encountered this type of customer service in my life. I cancelled the service immediately and told him to keep the money I paid him for the month. I will also be filing a complaint with BBB.
