Check in process was easy, Although they make you purchase a "Mexican Liability Insurance" of some sorts that is mandatory regardless of the additional coverage you may have purchased along with the reservation. Just beware of that!

BEWARE!!!!DO NOT HAND OVER YOUR CREDIT CARD TO THEM!!! I am a loyal customer to them for years and yesterday 10/18/2020 is my first time getting my card being frauded, i just went out of the rental office and got alert from Chase about fraud charge on my card for AEROMEXICO. I reported this and they said not to worry. How can i not worried when my card is being cancelled while i am on vacation. Overall their service is good to me and if they do not have a sysem in place to handle credit card, i am sure you would not want to rent a card from them. That was the only time i used my credit card since i landed, and i can only point to ALAMO office credit card machine or customer service that was handling my rental took my card info and since they took my driver license info, they can do credit card purchased.

Will not respect reservation price. Require additional payments for insurance already covered in the reservation doubling the cost of the rental. Stay away!

Made an online reservation. Easily took a shuttle promptly after walking out of the airport. No line when we arrived at the Alamo lobby. Quick and easy process to the get the car. You have to get third party liability insurance in Cabo.The car was great! Clean, excellent condition, felt new. Return was quick and painless and then got shuttled back to the airport promptly. Definitely recommend! It's super close to the airport, about 4-5 minute drive.

Check in was simple, fast, and so easy after we dodged multiple resort offers in the airport. Our economy car was functional and affordable, and we had no issues checking it back in to get to our terminal for our return flight. Absolutely recommend!
