We couldn't have had a better host, Javier and the amazing team of bartenders, chefs, and house keepers who went above and beyond to make our trip perfect! We never even wanted to leave the house. We will be booking this house annually as it is perfect for our large family. We can't wait until next year to make more unforgettable memories!

This gorgeous house seated right on the par 3 course with a lake view impressed the whole family. We were floored with how modern and pristine everything was in a home with 4 master bedrooms. Our kids even felt like royalty! We checked in at night so didn’t realize the exterior. It was STUNNING!! We couldn’t believe what we were seeing and we have been to Cabo more times than we can count. The homeowner paired us up with a lovely neighbor that took us for a round of golf in the most prestigious golf course in the area. He could not have been a nicer and more gracious human being. The only thing I regret is not getting the name of the ground cover that was all over the back yard. A million times thank you for lending this awesome home to us. We look forward to spending time here again very soon.

Great Family Holiday !!This house is a great location for a family of 10. Great indoor/ outdoor connections, right on the beach! The house is a perfect size for 10 people, never felt too small or too big. The house is perfectly appointed and very up to date. The kitchen is large and let all of us work together. Alex was the butler for this location and he was a great help! He shopped for us and made us lunches everyday, not to mention, he was super nice. He was a fantastic surprise.

Amazing location and service!This property was amazing. It's truly one of the most convenient locations, walking distance to everything including a corner store a block away. Arturo the butler was an amazing add on and he and the concierge Javier made everything beyond easy and comfortable for our group. The house has a great layout and feel. The views at night were as spectacular as the day with the cruise ships and city lights. I would highly recommend this property to larger groups that want to be close to everything.

Beautiful and well appointed.We absolutely loved this property. The unit was well stocked. The owners have thought of everything. The service was amazing and everyone was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Property management company made some changes to their systems after we booked that caused some mis-communication. They corrected it, and none of it was substantial it just made us a little nervous making payments to a company we didn’t know in Mexico.

Beautiful property. Gorgeous views. Phenomenal staff. Alex made the entire experience even better. Adriana was often in touch and even had a broken foot yet went above and beyond. Roberto was so nice to have every morning cooking us breakfast! We would have wished to take him home! The staff made our stay amazing. I believe they're working with the owners on getting more yet there were few plug-in outlets in the kitchen and not one in the masterbath which should be noted. It didn't inhibit our fun, however, and we would love to come back!

Amazing property.This villa vegas is beautiful, and my group of 13 guys had a great time. We spent most of our time in the pool while at the house, but there was room for us to hang out inside for meals as well. I would recommend it to others. The staff were all great (food was great, Butler/bartender catered to our every need, housekeepers were nearly invisible, concierge was always accessible)... All in all, it’s a good house.

The pool was perfect we had multiple daily sightings of whales. The house was grand with plenty of space for all the couples and there families to enjoy. Our property manager Ricardo was so accommodating and had a great personality. We arrived with our fridge stocked like we requested and the chef services we did for lunches & dinner were amazing! Food was great and plenty of it - worth every penny. Ricardo set us up with a catamaran boat cruise which was perfect with the food, drinks and the kids loved snorkeling. Housekeeping did a great job especially with such a big group keeping up with towels for the pool. Quick drive downtown and we all felt completely safe. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in the Pedregal and will continue to! Another great trip in the books. Looking forward another trip in 2020.
