The store sells low quality items and will not exchange their items. The styles are outdated and they don't have a fitting room. The staff are not friendly and have a "I don't care attitude". Go to Forever 21 store one level above and the prices and selections are a lot better. Stay away!!! I will never return back to this store.

Got a really exciting pair of swim trunks here - unique style with kiwis and strawberries on it. Awesome. Half off too (whatever that means) and it was at 400 pesos (about 20 usd). Great. Good service too, there was a very friendly lady who spoke english and helped us throughout our experience there. Solid changing room as well.
