BEWARE OF SCAM. I have my experience on video from today, Jan 28, 2021, and I am in talks with corporate. DO NOT rent a car from these guys if you don't have too. I am all about supporting businesses as I have my own, but these guys are just downright dirty and will scam any gullible person they can. "you must purchase 30/day insurance that is forced by the government" is what they will say. THAT IS FALSE. I rent cars all the time here in Mexico. Go to Avis or Payless instead. I've rented from both without any issues of SCAM like I have here at Enterprise.

Stay well clear of these scam artists. Terrible way to start a trip. It was bad enough for my brother and I having to deal with their BS extra costs - but we just hoofed it across the street to a lovely Indian couple that rent cars - but a poor guy was sitting on the curb annoyed and taking a stance out of principle, no longer wanting to use Enterprise and pay additional fees they demanded, while his family argued with him to just pay their extra costs. Which as a previous lady pointed out in her review was almost 3 times the expected cost.
Awful CAR RENTAL AGENCY, dirty vehicles, horrible customer service, such a waiste of time and money.
When you book through a third party, lots of Cabo car rental co's are now adding a required daily rate to cover liability insurance if you do not have it. I was renting for an entire month, and the amount I had to pay was triple the original amount when I booked. Be careful when booking online.
Whatever you do, do not talk to their sales/promotion man on site. He will ask for an outrageous deposit to get you to go to a timeshare presentation. Because of weather reasons the roads were blocked and he did not call to confirm, the presentation was missed. When I returned the car I asked about the deposit and the sales man started yelling and wanted to start a screaming match that the deposit was non refundable because we did not bring a ticket. Needless to say that ticket had been trashed after a week- vacation. Most of the staff was very nice and pleasant to talk to, please ensure your personal insurance covers in Mexico otherwise you will have to pay about 200 for insurance coverage. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH before hand.
1. When we got here, they didn’t have the car we rented though Expedia. We spent a lot of time figuring it out and they gave us another one. 2. They charged us more than what we were told was the “total” in Expedia, a lot more. 3. The new car they gave us was too small and we didn’t fit. 4. They took around an hour to give us another car, and all the seats were soaked, they had to give us towels. They gave us a small discount in the end, but the experience was overall terrible
Despite there being a mix up with Expedia (don’t buy Expedia’s insurance as it’s not enough coverage to be able to rent the car) this location was great! Jordan and Pancho spoke great English, were very friendly and helpful, and were great at communicating.
This place is such a scam. Ordered a mid size car and they refused to rent me one unless I bought their insurance. Took a compact which led to us being in a serious auto accident on the main highway. It just didn’t have enough power. Car did a 360 and turned over. Charged my credit card 7300. Tried to get me to grease the cop or threatened me with jail time. Would not return my paperwork. Having trouble filing a claim without it. True scum.
