We had tried to rent a car from two other places that said we could have the car now but in reality now meant waiting an hour and a half. Not only could we leave the deposit in cash or with debit card (everyone else only accepts credit card) we got the car as fast as Manny could walk to the car park! The whole thing took less than 10mins from the moment we walked in to when we drove away. He told us the prices upfront what was included what wasn’t nothing hidden. We were able to drop off at the airport for no extra charge which the other two companies had said there would be. The rental was cheaper than the other two quotes we’d received and for a bigger car. The airport location provides free transfer but it was so close to terminal one so we walked. The deposit was returned to my debit card in within 2 working days. Such a great experience. We had so much fun exploring the area - thanks manny!

I know there’s a lot of negative ratings. However, that being said. If you’re one that travels the world you’ll understand there’s different rules and regulations in every country. I personally had a great experience with Manny... He went above and beyond and have no complaints. My rental car was quoted at 11 ( through Fox) a day and approximately 38 for three days however there is a mandatory basic insurance requirement through the Mexican government that is not covered with your basic AMEX, Geico etc. Mexican insurance is very specific ( guessing that’s how they milk some extra money from us tourist. ((his is not going to the rental car agency this is a requirement)). My rental ended up being 138 however still worth every penny. Between tipping Uber and tipping shuttle drivers it was well worth the cost. Although a little shocking at first. Keep that in mind when you book your rental. They’re going to ding you on Mexican insurance. Also, as previous reviewer‘s mentioned they will put a 1000-1200 hold on your credit card which happens to be the deductible if anything happens. that being said, The service, professionalism and vehicle was fantastic. Had a great time and had a great vehicle. If you can’t afford or don’t have room on the credit card may not be a great option.

First of all they place a deposit hold of over1,200 USD! Second, they make you purchase 200 insurance, even if you have insurance or purchased it through Expedia as I did. Third they never answer the business number listed on their ads or online. Fourth, we had a 7am flight so we had to drop the car off at 5:45 am but the drop off location is not open at that time. There are no instructions posted anywhere nor a key drop off box. We left the car parked in front with the key in the glove compartment and hope that I see my deposit again. I've been calling their office and still no success.

We have been coming for years and always rented from another place (more expensive) yet we tried it after a friend had a great rental. We rented from the downtown Cabo office and Cesar (I hear he isn't there any longer) did a great job getting us a good car at a great price and no hassles on return. We only took the required 3rd party liability (civil) as we had collision on my credit card. We are coming back soon and will try again - if they answer my request. Finding someone to speak with it tough until you walk in. Still helpful to see what other people have experience though!

You are wasting your time doing business with them. They will lie and tell you need to purchase insurance when you already did from expedia

good experience here despite the bad reviews. no issues with the rental process at a very fair price with insurance included.
