New pandemic hours as of Oct 24th 2020, 7am to 9:30pm If they stamp your parking ticket, you get an hour for 5 pesos at the parking lot next to Starbucks. Upper sitting area has outdoor seating. It's chilly inside thanks to the air conditioning. Great service and it's located right where everything is happening!

Regular Starbucks Coffee Shop...however if you there is only one person in the cash register and 5 preparing food....and they forgeg to deliver... Terrible coordination

I'm getting the sense that many of the positive reviews are from friends or coworkers. I've been in here about 5 times this visit to Cabo, and it's always something with a very basic order. Coffee, cream and sugar on the side. They put the cream and some low-cal sweetener that tastes weird in my coffee, I go get another one. I get the brown sugar and she pours the milk in my coffee--can I do it myself so I get exactly the amount I like? I give up, the barista doesn't pay attention or follow basic instructions. A few weeks ago I came in on a Tuesday night and probably waited 40 minutes for a vanilla latte with a friend who wasn't getting a drink. I apologized to her numerous times--I had all the time in the world to. First to order, then for it to be made. 3 people working, not much of a rush. These employees would be wasted working a busy store. They would quit a drive thru first day.

Service was great despite all the covid protocols. Upstairs seating area was a nice quiet area to work from

Very nice place, great wifi, friendly staff, BUT there is an ear piercing beep here that will quickly get on your nerves. Its the smoke detector not working or something, and they dont seem to know how to or want to fix it. Also the bathroom was flooded when I was here and they didnt fix that either.

Don’t waste your money!!!! Coffees were watered down and tasted terrible. They had very little inventory of food items and what we did get was old and stale.

Great coffee. Feels like home. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I dropped and spilled my drink. The manager went upstairs and saw the mess. Without asking, he went downstairs and made me another drink. That is what i would call exceptional customer services. The place is clean. There are a large upstairs section w outdoor seating. The restroom upstairs needs additional clean because it smell funny. The internet connection is free w your purchases. The A/C works great.
