We had a great experience getting our fish cleaned, filleted, smoked, deep frozen and packed by Tailz Up! They provided a cooler so we could take it to the airport as luggage. Their shop was extremely well-run and very clean and sanitary, especially compared to what is being done by the other local guys, who tried to bully us into using them instead of Tailz Up. Very highly recommended!
