Always been good in the past about returns, this time it was hell. I was trying to return a kitchen faucet that din not flow enough water because the supply line were very small. They told me that because I installed it they would have to send it back to the manufacturer and it would take about 2 to 3 weeks before they could return our Dinero. Well 4000 pesos out for 3 weeks was a problem. Wife complained, end result after 1 and a half hours we got our refund. For some reason they did not refund the IVA. How are you supposed to know that the product is faulty unless you install it.

I'm probably spoiled with back home but a little difficult to find things in this store and even more to get help. I should most likely learn Spanish so I can't dock them stars for that. Easy to get to. Lots of parking. CoVid19 measures in place.
