Outstanding staff, each dock is private, great security, located by all the attraction. The office staff goes far and beyond to help you out. Fuel is very clean and the price is very reasonable. Great view, drinks are super reasonable if not cheap, awesome staff. They are even eco friendly and use paper straws! This is a new regular spot.
We got robbed by some swindling boat operators in the marina. They took our money and took off without the boat ride we paid for and no refund. We kept getting the runaround day after day to try and get our refund. With one trip to the IGY marina management they had security escort us over to the guilty parties, bring them in, and force a refund. Even though some of the marina boat operators continued to harass us after the refund, I was very happy with how quickly the marina management was able to resolve our situation and get our refund. I'm glad to know there's recourse for tourists who get preyed on. Thank you IGY management.
