This place waisted two days of our trip because we did the tour to buy. After the tour we paid for our adventures the lady misinformed us on where they were suppose to pick us up for it. This was our last day to do and adventure before leaving and their response to the whole thing was it was our fault for not being at the right place!!!!! We were at the location our voucher stated to be for pick.... do not do business with these people

poorly run company, both days failed to pick me up at the times they chose. Do not use this company if you actually want to do anything while your in mexico

We used them to book a tour and they did not pick us up at the designated time or location. Attempting to resolve at this time, but it's very difficult. They've given us multiple numbers and what seems like "the run around". DO NOT USE!!!
