Small waiting area, a little overcrowded due to the vacation period(spring breakers). Fast and agile boarding along with controlled entrance. Overall great experience.

They steal from your luggage first and last time I ever use Volaris ! If you have absolutely anything of value it’s going to get stolen they stole everything good inside my bag ridiculous
The airport is clean and the bathrooms are clean as well! The waiting area has charging ports and all. There are a good Selection of food options and shops.
Terrible service, rude attendants, especially Mary who kept insisting that we can check in online. I explained to her in both English and Spanish that we couldn’t do it because our flight was changed by Volaris without even notifying us. She kept insisting that we were wrong and even made my husband pull out his phone and do it in front of her. Surprise, surprise, it couldn’t be done. Then Volaris was supposed to give us accommodations for a hotel while in Mexico City since we had to have a layover for 6 hrs there, nothing was given to us and even though we checked in 3 hrs prior to our flight they said they didn’t have enough time and someone in Mexico City will do it. We paid 900 US dollars extra to have the flight we originally booked and yet we ended up on the cheaper one due to our flight being cancelled. Absolutely terrible service, will not be flying them again. We were loyal clients that used this airline regularly. And Roberto was completely unhelpful and rude. NO MORE!!!!

Terrible service. Never again will we fly with Volaris! Delayed flights and cancelled flights! Do NOT recommend using this airline!
