I am so disappointed with ninja van, I ordered an item from lazada last October 16 then on October 22 It was reflected at the Lazada Delivery Log that my parcel has departed the sorting area from ninja van cabuyao and is being shipped. My concern is that It's already October 31, 2020 and there were no updates on the whereabouts of my parcel and the worst is that when I tracked down my parcel through your page, there was a warning sign( red apostrophe) at the top of the "on the way" icon. Please enlighten me why there's a warning sign.

this is actually really great service! i dont have any complains and i will definetely use this courier again. Maybe it depends on where you are because i received mine in a week and its packaged nicely and no damaged items.
