A very calm place for evening hangout with family and friends. Sun sets right in front of your eyes. Relax, sip some coffee and enjoy the view. Try to avoid Sundays and Holidays as it could be overcrowded.

Splendid view of the dam, lake and surrounding hills. Highly recommended to visit when you're in the area. The road leading up to the top passes some farms that sell locally grown coffee and organic foods. There is a small bistro at Mirante Caconde but when we arrived late Friday afternoon, it was closed.
