If you need to disconnect and reconnect with yourself, I strongly recommend Monika. Her skills and kindness transport you to an oasis of peace and serenity that's hard to believe can be achieved in less than an hour. It's almost like assisted meditation. Thanks to her attention to detail and passion for what she does, the shop itself envelopes you with a total sense of calm and well-being. She also has quality vegan skincare products and even makes botanical soaps herself that smell like a piece of heaven. On top of all that, her services and products are very reasonably priced. I can't recommend her enough.

Wonderful little shop with a carefully selected range of ayurvedic products from teas to lip balm. It also has a great feel to it. The lip balm by the way is absolutely the most effective I know of. Bought some last year and it has been worth coming back to Cadaques just to stock up on it! There is a fully qualified ayurvedic massage practitioner there. The staff are also quite the most charming imaginable.
