Absolutely shocking you are unable to get through to surgery on phone they are always having “a large number of calls” you’re placed in a queue and have to wait for up to an hour to get through. This morning I rang at 8.30am and still in queue at 9.40am . This happens every day not just today!. I asked about senghenydd surgery when they would be open but apparently only doing telephone consults from that site??

I have registered at many doctors over the years and never had any problems at all, but i must say this is the worse ive ever encountered. Receptionist with dark hair is extremely rude, unprofessional,unhelpful and condescending. I was spoken too like dirt and was made to wait 2weeks for an emergency appointment. The Doctor I saw was excellent its just dreadful that the receptionist behaves so badly towards patients.

Been a couple of times recently. Receptionist were professional and helpful. The doctors are always professional, examine thouroughly and listen to your concerns.

Dr Griffiths is such a horrible person and a complete a*** of a doctor. He really doesn’t care about the patients at all. Didn’t even examine me before pushing me out the door again! I don’t smoke or drink and I always keep fit, so I don’t really bother the doctors unless I need to. Will not be going into duty doctor surgery with the chance of seeing this doctor again. Appointments are around 4 week wait which is also very bad but worth it just to see a GOOD doctor that cares in this surgery.

Absolutely disgusting treatment of patients. Almost impossible to get an appointment, and if you can it's at least 3 weeks later. The doctors are appalling and don't listen to the issues from the patients.
