Purchased two bedsides from one of their retailers on 22nd of January 2018 it was chipping within 6 months of use I contacted the retailer on 15 July 2018 to complain and cafe lighting basically wouldn’t accept the claim. Left a bad review immediately and two years later in 2020 cafe lighting Finally responded and told me to contact them to resolve. Cafe lighting didn’t resolve the issue. I guess they just write that they want to resolve things to make themselves look good. Well as usual the big company wins and the client who’s stuck with the defective product doesn’t. If you want furniture that chips quicker than something you will buy at ikea and costs 50 times the price then you should definitely buy product from cafe lighting they will wrought you with their over price defective products and accept no responsibility whatsoever. Well done you service is just as bad as your product.
