Nothing can beat Tono's! Such an amazing experience with not only the food but the staff. A very family friendly environment that suits the needs of both adults and kids. Will definitely be back for more! Keep up the good work Tono Xx

I went to here tonight. I ordered one American pizza and I waited for over 40 minutes. there was no many people and during waiting time waitress came to me and gave wrong pizza so I told her about my order again. and a guy who looks like boss working as a cashier, he watched that I was waiting for long time, he didn't check anything. finally he checked order and he just say my pizza is being made. when my pizza came, just waitress said to me sorry. I couldn't see his face in the small restaurant. of course no any service. I was so hungry and so annoyed. after come to my home, I ate the pizza that hard to get, It taste made me more angry. of course you can try other pizzas, but I will never try again at here. It was worst service ever.

It was our honeymoon and we went there for our dinner. We ordered Fettuccini Carbonara and it was delicious. The waitress is so nice to us and she is so patient for our poor English. I miss there and would like to visit again.

Purchased a Parma here, what I received was three pieces of chicken, I thought this was strange, but it seemed to taste ok, however on closer inspection discovered that my chicken was still very much pink and raw! To add insult to injury I didn't even get the slightest apology. Understandably I'll never be returning here and neither will my wife.

Dodgy marketing!! The price list they have to the footpath is always 2 or 3 less on what they charge per each item. I went there two times and they tried to charge more on both situations. The customer service is not friendly when talking about this IMPORTANT detail!!
