A comforting plate of local delight, but the chili and rice needs a fair bit of improvement. The chili is seriously lacking the flavour and the rice could be more fragrant. That being said, anchovies were slightly sweet, just how I like them. The drumstick was fried to perfection. Extremely crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It will be challenging to secure a seat during lunch. The seats outside around the perimeter of the staircase belongs to them too btw.

Still one of my favorite place to go for my nasi Lemak cravings, crispy & tasty chicken wings, great sambal chili, fragrant coconut milk rice. The fried anchovies was da boomz. Give it a try, if you are around Capitol

Reasonably priced nasi lemak at a central location! Got Set 2 - 6.90 — came with 2 freshly fried chicken wings, egg, anchovies and peanuts. Chicken wings were fried to perfection and the egg was runny and cooked just right. Asked for more sambal as the usual sambal portion is quite small. Will definitely come back again. For this price in an air-conditioned upscale mall, it’s worth and importantly, yummy! Good portion too.

Set 2 comes with 2 chicken wing, egg, peanut & ikan bilis. Chilli is awesome too (a lill more towards the sweet tone), friendly staff as well :)

Brilliant! One of the best nasi lemaks Ive had. Super crispy, juicy chicken, generous portion, fragrant rice without being stodgy, the perfect runny egg and extra sambal. Highlight of the day!

First, I'm not a big fan of nasi lemak but I just give it a try. I went here because pretty tempted with my friend's review about this place. It's located in the Capitol Building, right at the corner. Pretty cozy and clean place though. The taste of the food was so so. The rice wasn't 'pulen' enough (Indonesian term for perfect well cooked, tender, moist with sticky textured fragrant rice). The ebi sambal, the fish and chicken weren't oily but nothing's special. The cold drink almost taste nothing because completely diluted by the ice after sometimes. It would better if they have a right proportion of ice and the coffee for the next time so it'll taste great either consumed directly or after sometimes.

Long queue, limited seats. Was expecting good food but was disappointed (-3 stars) as the fried chicken wings were cold, tough and chewy?! probably fried one large batch in the morning instead of small more frequent batches so they stay hot and crisp.maybe I'm unlucky as others seemed to love theirs. Rice, chilli and eggs were good. Fish were crispy. Drinks aren't cheap either, I grabbed mine from the value-dollar store for 80c in the next building (it's on the way for me) Overall decent just dragged down by the wings for me

Good nasi lemak at CBD! Just that the seats were very few.
