Very good choice of both coffee machines and coffee flavours. After explaining what I was after, I was given really informed advice on what machine would be best, the variety of coffee would be best suited and what service contract would be advisable to get. I was really impressed as I was expecting to be sold any machine and sold the most expensive service plan, I was so impressed I've already told and showed friends looking for the same as me.

I just bought the Lavazza Blue Classy Compact coffee machine for my home office. I wish I had bought one ages ago after using one in Italy a few years back. The coffee is soooo much better than the poor imitation Modo Mio systems we get in the UK and also versus other systems like Nespresso. It makes a perfect espresso each time, at the right temp and with a great crema. Ordering was easy, product was packaged well and I even received some extra goodies.

I have used Cafe RICO for some years and have always found the Columbian coffee to be delicious both in bean and ground. Service is excellent. I more recently discovered Birchalls Earl Grey tea which I love.
I was overcharged when ordering on line and received no response from Caferico despite sending them a screenshot of the error and other emails. I shall be taking my business elsewhere. A day after posting this review I received a refund of the overcharged amount. This is welcomed (thank you Cafe Rico) but should have happened sooner.
I ordered during Lockdown after running out of Coffee Beans and was delighted with the speed of delivery and customer service. The range of beans available is excellent and it's great to try flavours from around the world.
