convenient for people living in this place coz its just 1 ride from the city proper.

Its a small subdivision. Boundary of carmen and canitoan. PUJ Fare from Cogon is Php12 and from Divisoria is Php 9.. and Php 20 Motorela when PUJ is not available at around 10pm onwards.

The place is clean houses are cute there is always the security guard available 24/7 the only thing missing is that not all street lights are on during nightime

This is a good subdivision in CDO. It is accessible to all PUVs and PUJs 24/7. Most if not all of the schools and universities in the city are just 5 to 10 minutes ride from the subdivision sans heavy traffic. Downside: there are a lot of stray dogs roaming around the subdivision. Pet owners must be responsible enough not to allow mishaps to happen. Stray dogs without known owners must be impounded.

This place is simply nice and peaceful. But when you have a house near the gate it's kinda noisy during the night everytime the cars and jeepneys go by.

The security is not tight and the houses are disorganized. The cars are parked everywhere which makes the road narrow.
