Quick service and great feedback regarding the capture and how to minimize future captures.
I called them because I heard noises in my wall and suspected there may be an animal. They charged me for an inspection, but they did not find the source of the problem. They told me to call back if the noise didn't go away. The noises were back within hours of them leaving my house. I called and left a message that evening asking them to come back and check the basement since they had not done that. Although they said they would come back - I have not heard from them since. I would not recommend them. Or at the least, make sure they do an exhaustive inspection before you pay them because they ignored me completely once they had my money.
Absolutely wonderful experience. I was convinced I had a stuck raccoon in the chimney and he knew my problem before I could even speak. A momma and 5 babies! The men know their stuff! They earn every bit of their 5 stars! Cannot say thank you enough for putting my anxiety to rest!!
