Worst administration. Admin's actions negligence/ failed projects will be charged on residents' pockets. They disconnect electricity even when you are paid. They do not issue proper electricity breakdown. Agents are lying, you cannot loan this unit through PAG-IBIG - you have to loan in banks with very high interest. Amenities are not for usage due to pandemic yet the association dues are still being collected - the fees are even getting higher. You'll be a milking cow here. Don't even try. We are planning to leave this place. Such a waste of time, money and peace.

Cambridge is the place where you will find a very large amount of the black community. It's a whole village where you will find markets, stores, swimming pool, basket ball court and gym. There are more than 7 clusters and rooms have much space for families with kids. Nice place for any kind of room searchers. During quarantine, restrictions and health measures welk implemented. We own a unit here. The village is clean and you will feel secured. The village was not flooded during typhoon Ulysses. However, before pandemic, we pay 2400 association dues for all the expenses and for the amenities. Almost one year now, the amenities are still closed but the amount of association dues remains. I hope they repaint the whole building and make the vinyls into tiles. In some cluster the elevators are not functioning.

security are not accurate when it comes to visitors. sometimes they are strict, sometime they are not. outsiders are easily to come-in.

Large community can be considered as barangay. Good security. It would be nice if the place invest on more lighting and cctv. I estimate 200 cctv to make it secured. This is just outside not including hallway of buildings
