Exceptional service and product knowledge is 1000% on point. You're doing yourself a great disservice if you buy an akubra online or at one of the larger chains instead of coming in to have a chat at this place. They'll sort you out properly

Bought another pair of RM Williams boots in 2018 for my son, all worked well. Will buy again ! I ordered a pair of RM Williams and as they had problems with their new site (the e-mail function) they failed to answer my first e-mails. In combination with being out of stock of my boots it took two weeks to ship them. I was worried it was a scam as I got no info . So a high score would call for 1 letting the customer know if the item ordered is in stock or not 2 informing the customer without having to ask how long to wait (I hope they will arrive after the long journey) They did finallly arrive in perfect condition. So I will use them again.
