Our Counselors are specialised in different areas of therapy as Anxiety, Phobias, Depression, Personality, Eating disorders and dieting, body image etc.. We also use different techniques in therapy as Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy,Existential therapy, narrative therapy, motivational therapy, Career Coaching, art therapy techniques etc...We also conduct assessments and research. In addition we offer academic classes as well as workshops to help more in understanding mental and emotional processes. We follow the Ethical Guidelines of American Psychological Association(APA) to protect confidentiality of our clients.
